HRIS Support Specialist with German

A HR Systems Support Specialist with German is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our global life sciences client based in Ireland. The position is a 6-month contract initially supporting the rollout of a new WFM IT system across Europe. It is home office based in Ireland. Fluency in English and German is required.

THE ROLE:

• Day to day system maintenance including providing support to business to ensure system compliance

• Responding to customer inquiries ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements

• Troubleshoot system issues promptly to minimize downtime with escalation to higher level support for resolution

• Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into workforce trends, enabling informed decision-making

• Provide ongoing training for end-users to ensure proficient utilization of the Workforce Management System

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, BIS or a related field preferred

• HRIS or IT systems support experience needed or good HR knowledge

• Fluency in English and German required.
