Foróige is an independent, non-profit national voluntary youth organisation engaged in out-of-school youth development and education. At Foróige, you’re not just taking on a job- you’re joining a movement that empowers young people and transforms communities. With over 600 dedicated staff and thousands of volunteers, we work together to create impactful change through innovative programmes, clubs, and services.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, competent, and energetic staff with a drive to support young people to join our projects and programmes across the country including UBU - Your Place Your Space, Youth Diversion, Early School Leavers, Health & Wellbeing, Peace Projects, TUSLA Projects and Young Parents Projects.

Criteria for applicants
- Education to Degree standard preferably in the area of Youth/ Justice/ Social / Community Work (candidates with exceptional relevant work experience may also be considered in lieu of degree qualifications)
- Relevant paid or voluntary experience of working with young people
- Access to a car and full driving licence (role/location dependent)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection
