Head of Mediation Assistant Principal (Higher) 

Join us as Head of Mediation and lead a team with great purpose. Following a recent internal promotion, the Injuries Resolution Board is seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Mediation (Permanent role) to lead and develop its mediation function and support the organisation’s mission to provide accessible, fair and effi cient resolution of personal injury disputes.

The Head of Mediation will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, independent and effective mediation services. We are looking for a proven operational leader with a strong track record of managing teams, delivering high-quality services and driving continuous improvement in a complex environment.

The successful candidate will be committed to professional excellence, impartiality and public service, with the ability to build trust and influence across a diverse range of stakeholders

Salary Scale: €91,229 – €114,069
