We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Peugeot Brand Manager to lead and develop the Peugeot franchise within our dealership group.
This is a senior role suited to a strong automotive professional with proven dealership experience, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead from the front. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining manufacturer standards, developing the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all areas of the Peugeot operation.
The Role
The Peugeot Brand Manager will oversee the day to day management and overall performance of the Peugeot franchise, ensuring the brand continues to grow in line with both manufacturer expectations and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Peugeot brand within the dealership
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance and profitability
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high standards
- Maintain strong relationships with Peugeot manufacturer representatives
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturer standards, KPIs, reporting, and franchise requirements
- Monitor stock management, vehicle ordering, and forecasting
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote the Peugeot brand locally and digitally
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention levels
- Oversee showroom presentation and customer experience standards
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies for continued growth
What We’re Looking For
- Previous motor industry experience is essential
- Proven experience in a management or senior sales role within a franchised dealership
- Strong understanding of manufacturer processes and franchise operations
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Professional, ambitious, and commercially focused approach
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Full clean driving licence required
