The company name is Travglen Ltd. we are a McDonalds franchise. We are looking for a Business and Performance Analyst to be based in our office on McDonalds Mallow, Co. Cork with overseeing sites in three our restaurants McDonalds Commons Road, Co. Cork, McDonalds Mallow, Co. Cork, McDonalds Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
The role would include examining how well an organisation is operating by analysing data, evaluating processes, and tracking key performance indicators to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. They translate complex information into clear insights, create dashboards and reports for leadership, support strategic planning and forecasting, and collaborate with different teams to optimise performance and help the business achieve its goals.
Salary of 37000 a year starting based on a 39-hour working week with a great range of benefits such as quarterly bonus scheme, employee meal policy etc.
