Meadows & Byrne are currently looking for an Assistant Manager for their (Douglas, Cork) branch.
The ideal candidate will be:
Responsible for supporting the Manager in delivering exceptional and knowledgeable customer service, driving sales and achieving targets.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations.
Maintaining high store standards and conditions.
Fostering a positive environment which provides consistent, efficient and friendly service and atmosphere for customers and team members alike.
Requirements:
Must be well organized, detail oriented and able to multitask.
Must have effective problem solving/decision making abilities.
Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Effective people management skills.
Must be systems and computer literate.
Previous premium retail experience is essential.
This is a 5 over 7 day role so you must be willing to work weekends and bank holidays.
