About Your New Job

• Utilize CAD/CAM Software: Develop and modify tooling designs, machine programs, and manufacturing processes.
• Operate CNC Milling Machines: Specialize in 5-axis and 3-axis machining to produce precision components.
• Interpret Technical Drawings: Determine machining requirements and dimensions.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with engineering and design teams to optimize tooling designs.
• Perform Maintenance: Conduct routine machine maintenance and minor repairs.

What Skills You Need

• Experience: Proven experience as a Toolmaker/CNC Machinist with a focus on CNC milling operations.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CAD/CAM software and operating 5-axis and 3-axis CNC milling machines.
• Machining Knowledge: Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling concepts, and precision measurement techniques.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of Wire EDM, grinding, and mill turn machines is advantageous.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Communication: Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
