Commercial Asset Manager

About Your New Employer

In this role you will join the portfolio management function, who ensure asset performance metrics are being met, and provide exceptional property management services across a diverse portfolio. You will also benefit from industry-leading employee retention with very low staff turnover. A flexible and supportive culture with a hybrid model are on offer for this urgent requirement. If you have 3 or more years' experience as a Commercial Property Manager and are keen to step into an Asset Manager role, and excellent raining program will be provided to ensure you succeed in this role from day one.

About Your New Job

- Develop and implement effective asset management strategies across a diverse property portfolio
- Lead value enhancement projects, including leasing, redevelopment, acquisitions, and disposals
- Manage rent reviews, negotiate leases and contracts, and oversee service charge budgets
- Oversee property operations including tenant compliance, planned maintenance, and high-quality day-to-day standards
- Appoint and manage contractors and service providers, while developing facilities management teams
- Lead ESG data collection and sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with evolving standards and regulations


What Skills You Need

- Degree in Estate Management, Property Economics, or equivalent, with eligibility for a PSRA licence (D Licence)
- SCSI/RICS qualified
- Full clean driver’s license and own car
- Solid foundation in landlord/tenant relationships, property law, and property value drivers
- Strong strategic, organisational, and decision-making skills
- Experience with systems like Yardi, Qube, or Landmark, and demonstrated commitment to ESG and sustainability
