About Your New Employer

Our client is a global organisation in the technology sector, who are currently looking to bring on a temporary, full-time HR Business Partner to work a hybrid role, 3 days a week.

This role would be based in their Dublin 2 office.

About Your New Job

• Provide consultation and coaching to managers on performance concerns within their organisations and individually.
• Manage all employee grievances and behavioural concerns
• Support manager capabilities through coaching, developmental programs and other training opportunities 
• Analyse data and provide proactive solutions
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build out efficient HR procedures
• Identify operational efficiencies across our talent processes and provide employee relations and performance management guidance
• Elevate and champion company culture and values
• Ensure all HR activities are aligned with all compliance rules, regulations, policies, and procedures    
• Assist with workforce planning and benefits administration for the organization

What Skills you need:

• 2+ years serving in an HRBP role, specifically in a manufacturing or regulated environment
• Third level degree in HR or Business-related field. 
• Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
