Newly Qualified Accountant Wicklow - 60k

My client in Bray   have a requirement for a qualified accountant coming from a similar Industry 

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, and presentation of accurate financial and management information reports. 

I will consider a finalist or someone who trained in practice looking to move to Industry for this role

About Your New Job

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and all month end accounts 
• Prepare VAT returns and assist with tax compliance.
• Reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis and manage cash flow effectively.
• Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Process payroll for all staff accurately and on
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations.
• Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure all payroll taxes and deductions are calculated correctly and remitted timely.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results to senior management, Board of Directors and external stakeholders and regulators.
• Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring the company's financial practices remain compliant.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as required, including system implementations and process improvements.

What skills you need

• Qualified Accountant with 1 years or more pqe
• Coming from Software or similar Industry
• Strong accounts prep 
• Strong excel skills
