Quality Engineer III

This is a permanent job with hybrid working: four days onsite, one day working from home.

About Your New Job

  • Lead and support quality initiatives to ensure products meet global regulatory requirements, with a focus on patient safety and product excellence.
  • Mentor and collaborate with colleagues across departments, acting as a subject matter expert in quality processes, problem-solving, and best industry practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities, analyze process data, and implement effective solutions to address identified risks or issues.
  • Act as the main quality representative in internal and external audits, and champion compliance to QSR, ISO, and MDD standards.
  • Coordinate department activities related to CAPA, non-conformance, escalations, and participate as a quality lead on cross-functional projects.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum NFQ Level 8, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering or quality roles within a regulated industry (medical devices preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of quality systems, risk management, and regulatory frameworks (QSR, ISO, MDD).
  • Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and influencing decision-making at all levels.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication and leadership skills; able to mentor others and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
