Chef De Partie

The Holy Grail Restaurant Wexford Limited, 78 South Main Street, Wexford, Co Wexford is recruiting a chef de partie. A certificate in food production or relevant experience is required. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef and have a knowledge of Indian cuisines and dishes. Specialising in Indian Tandoori dishes would be an added advantage. Comply with food safety & hygiene. Experience working in a busy kitchen is required and one must be a team player.
