Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist

An  Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our multinational medical device client in Galway for a fulltime, hybrid role on an initial 6-month contract.

The Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full cycle recruiting activities for the all Ireland sites and support portions of strategic talent acquisition projects, processes and programs to achieve business needs.

THE ROLE:

• Involvement in Early Career recruitment & activities
• Phone screens prospective employees prior to sharing with manager to ensure suitability for role
• Manage applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create attractive offers to secure top talent
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide regular communication to hiring managers on open positions and active candidates

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified to a Bachelors level 8 degree in a relevant field
• A minimum 1 year relevant recruiting experience, recruiting in high volume engineering / science roles
• Experience with Workday Recruit desirable
• Ability to work in a team environment and can also work using your own initiative
