EHS Administrator

 An EHS Administrator position is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Waterford based pharmaceutical client. This is a 12-month contractor position. If you are interested in gathering data and ensuring that there is a strong site safety culture then this is the position for you !!!

THE ROLE:

• Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA Governance):
  • Pull relevant data and up dashboards on a weekly/monthly basis or as required.
  • Extract relevant information from EHS 1 or site SAP system.
• Metrics and Dashboards:
  • Run site weekly reports and performing trending analysis.
  • Support site weekly communications by providing EHS updates and metrics.
• Documentation Updates:
  • Update SOPs/procedures any documentation as required to support the EHS and Engineering Teams.
  • Submit documents on site documentation control system (Veeva Vault).
  • Track and follow up on Approvals.
• Near Miss Reports :
  • Generate weekly and trending reports of the site Near Miss system.
  • Provide local department dashboard data
  • Update department heat maps.
• Governance Updates:
  • Co-ordinate the completion inputs for local, regional and global governance forums.
  • Follow on actions and recording of meeting minutes from forums.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Engineering, Health & Safety or equivalent qualification
• 3-5+ Years in a similar role.
• Ideally experience working in an EHS department doing a similar role, but not essential.
