HR Business Partner - Learning & Quality

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a Learning & Quality HR Business Partner to join a leading healthcare provider based in Cork.

This pivotal role supports the hospital’s mission by delivering high-quality HR, learning, and quality assurance services that enable clinical teams to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

As the Learning & Quality HR Business Partner, you will take the lead in implementing impactful learning and development initiatives, upholding quality standards, and contributing to broader HR activities across the hospital.

THE ROLE:
* Learning and Development, partner with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs that align with organisational goals.
* Quality Improvement, develop and implement HR quality improvement initiatives across the department and hospital.
* HR Business Partnering, act as a strategic HR partner, understanding organisational challenges and providing tailored HR solutions.
* HR Strategy & General,  work with the HRD and HR colleagues (including external) to build and embed best practice in HR.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 4 + years’ experience HR experience, Generalist / Business Partner/ Learning Partner level
* Level 7 Degree or higher in HR, Business, Coaching, Learning or Management.
