IT Support Analyst

An IT Support Analyst is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for Cork based IT equipment distributor. The role is a mix of in office and field-based support for a wide range of clients across Munster and a company vehicle will be supplied.

THE ROLE:

* Remote break-fix assistance with clients. You will be maintaining the incident queue on internal system with the team to manage & resolve issues as they arise in a timely manner.

* In-field installation of IT, Audio-Visual and print equipment for clients on site and remotely.

* Troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of network systems. 

* Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot anti-virus software across client systems.

* Managing IT infrastructure for clients including Microsoft 365 licenses, servers, laptops, networks

REQUIREMENTS:

* Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and enhance network systems.

* Knowledge and experience in Information Technology and Technical Support.

* Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and support.

* Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ are a plus.

* 3 Years’ experience in a similar role beneficial.

* Native or fluent written and spoken English needed

* Full, clean Irish driver’s licence required.
