Sales Solutions Engineer

A Sales Solutions Engineer is required by Careerwise recruitment to work with our Limerick based Life Science Industry client. THE ROLE:

• Being an SME in both the company product and the Life Science Industry to effectively present the value of the product.
• Working closely with the sales and marketing teams on leads and opportunities with customers.
• Providing technical support to the sales team or directly to the customer, to ensure the customer fully understands the value and benefit of the solution.
• Owning the delivery of the technical input to the sales process, ensuring value is demonstrated effectively and efficiently.
• Liaising effectively with the sales team, to ensure that the correct technical information is being shared with the customer.
• Overview and maintenance of demos, trial and workshop databases, product information, etc.
• Being a Subject Matter Expert for products and technology, and its applied use in industry.

  REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduation from a post-secondary institution with a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering or Quality. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of qualifications.
• Ideally working as a Process Engineer, Validation Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Quality Engineer in a Lifescience company.
• Experience or Education in Sales would be a benefit.
• Good communicator with customer facing experience a distinct advantage.
