Product Specialist

Product Specialist required for SaaS client based in Shannon, Co. Clare

Responsibilities:

• Providing first-line, technical support to club administrators through our helpdesk, phone, email and messaging services. 
• Use full understanding of the platform to resolve complex issues across our product range. This may include collaborating with the development team to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Assist in the deployment, testing and management of software updates. 
• Objectively communicate customers’ needs to the product team and help shape our product roadmap.
• Contribute to the overall success of our customers, including onboarding, training, configuration, product adoption, retention and growth. 
• Provide backup for our sales team regarding webinars/demos for potential customers

Requirements:

• Experience as a coach/player/parent in club
• Experience using SaaS as a dashboard admin
