PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR required by CareerWise Recruitment for our multinational Life Sciences client in Limerick.
➡️ Initial 12 month contract role...with site presence in Limerick required at least 4 days per week.
➡️ Role will sit within the HR Function reporting to the HR Director.
➡️ Role will involve; Communication strategy, Internal Communications, Content creation, Communication channels, Event coordination, Functional support, Data Analysis and External Communications.
NOTE: No sponsorship is provided for this role so applicants need to already have Irish / EU citizenship OR the relevant Stamp / Visa in place.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Communication strategy: tactical implementation Site Communications strategy
- Internal Communications: Develop, draft and distribute communication materials, both digital and physical (posters, roll up banners, etc.) for different channels (Email, Intranet site, Newsletters, Presentations) based on business needs and focusing on the audience’s user experience.
- Content creation: Write and edit content for internal communication such as Articles, Newsletters, Sitewide messages
- Communication channels: Manage and update all communication channels and platforms such as Intranet site, Viva Engage, Digital screens, Site sharepoint page and General Email mailbox (Limerick Communications)
- Event coordination: Organize and plan events (Town halls, special celebrations, visits), including logistics and promotional materials if required, in partnership with Site Assistant admins
- Functional support: Support Site committees in promoting their activities across the organization
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to measure communication effectiveness and report on outcomes.
- External Communications: Support on logistics and development of promo materials for external communications activities such as Career Fairs.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
- Demonstrated ability to establish relationships across all levels and work as part of a cross-site team.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to understand corporate business needs and guidelines and apply them locally
- High learning agility and ability to develop and implement solutions collaboratively.
- Ability to proactively suggest ideas, multi-task and excellent problem-solving mindset .
- Ability to work independently and own initiatives as needed.
- Ability to recognise if/when communication messages and delivery methods need to be tailored for specific audiences.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
