Project Management Administrator

CareerWise Recruitment are seeking a Project Management Administrator to join our Cork based manufacturing client on a six-month contract basis. You will join a busy R&D project team in Cork where your organisational skills and attention to detail will directly support the successful delivery of key initiatives  

The Role:

* Maintain and update project plans, trackers, and status reports under the direction of the project lead

* Organise, file, and manage project documentation to ensure accurate version control and easy retrieval

* Support calendar management for project managers, including arranging appointments and managing conflicting priorities

* Prepare draft project reports, presentations, and summaries using provided data and templates

* Track and follow up on outstanding actions, deadlines, and deliverables with project team members

* Assist with data entry, document formatting, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency

* Provide general administrative support to the project team, including handling correspondence and maintaining project records

Requirements:

* BS or BA in Engineering or the physical sciences, or equivalent experience.

* Experience of working within in a new product implementation role or design engineering position.

* Basic understanding of products and processes, including design, manufacturing, and market use of products.

* Basic knowledge of new product development methodologies.
