A client is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement across multiple locations, driving cost-efficiency, compliance, and supplier excellence. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring smooth processes and value for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-country procurement strategy aligned with business and sustainability goals.

• Lead supplier selection, performance tracking, and contract negotiations.

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to optimise procurement processes.

• Enforce procurement policies, including PO compliance and invoice accuracy.

• Monitor KPIs, streamline requisitions, and support vendor onboarding.

Skills & Experience

• Proven procurement leadership, ideally in multi-site service or facilities management.

• Strong knowledge of PO systems, supplier vetting, and invoice workflows.

• Experience with procurement analytics, KPI management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., EcoVadis) and Microsoft Business Central.
