Maintenance Administrator - County Westmeath.
In this role you will support the wider maintenance team with the coordination and day-to-day running of the PEMAC CMMS.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the PEMAC system, including scheduling and data entry.
• Ordering and maintaining stocks of spare parts as necessary.
• Reviewing upcoming maintenance and communicate with production.
• Liaising with external contractors
• Communicating with maintenance team
• Running management reports
• Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Interested candidates should have:
• Computer literacy, with strong PC skills
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• CMMS experience
• Experience with PEMAC system would be an advantage
• A technical background in manufacturing is desirable, not essential
