An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Administrator to join a well-known and respected property developer on a live construction site in Blanchardstown. This is a key role supporting the site management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager and project team
- Manage site documentation, including drawings, RFIs, permits, and certifications
- Maintain accurate records for health & safety, inductions, and training logs
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions
- Handle correspondence, filing, and document control systems
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and head office staff
- Assist with timesheets, delivery dockets, and site records
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Site Administrator or similar construction administration role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working on live construction sites is highly desirable
