We are looking for a hands-on Operational Excellence Business Partner to lead the site-wide roll-out of our production system program. You will work with local teams and global partners to embed continuous improvement practices that maximize product flow and value-added work. You’ll focus on foundational competencies—tiered problem solving, leader standardized work, standardized work and Hoshin planning—using a sprint-based approach.
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following:
- Lead deployment of foundational competencies across the site using sprint methodology.
- Work with global partners to follow the agreed roadmap and implement model areas in micro labs.
- Manage projects that deliver target conditions for foundational competencies.
- Maintain dashboards and trend files to track progress and sustain gains.
- Report updates to site governance meetings.
- Coach and mentor agile teams and people leaders through structured problem solving.
- Build strong relationships with local teams, global partners, and learning and development colleagues.
- Support the learning and upskilling program for the site.
- Act as a change agent, applying our strategic change methodology during program deployment.

- Comfortable working with business intelligence and productivity tools (for example, Spotfire, Power Apps, and Microsoft Office).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in a science or engineering discipline, or equivalent.
- Master’s degree or MBA is desirable.
- Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Leader qualification desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a highly regulated industry; experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.
- At least 5 years’ experience in biotechnology and/or pharmaceuticals is desirable.
