Evaporator Operator
One of our top clients in the FMCG industry is looking for an evaporator operator to join their team. 3+ years in a similar role is a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust evaporation and supply equipment.
• Maintain production data and quality information.
• Plan and establish work schedules and assignments.
• Report daily production information and non-conformances to the Production Manager.
• Communicate non-conformances to the technical team.
• Report machine problems to the Engineering department.
• Monitor packing department productivity and performance.
• Participate in maintenance meetings as needed.
• Ensure high levels of quality and workmanship.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Skills / Qualifications/ Experience:

• 3 years experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Food-based diploma preferred.
• Technical operator experience required.
• Familiarity with computerised controls preferred.
• Understanding of pumps and control valves preferred.
• Experience with chemicals and hot liquid handling preferred.
• Knowledge of CIP of food production equipment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to provide guidance and motivation to others.
• Flexible working hours required.
