About Your New Job

• Manage accounts: Ensure timely and efficient collection of funds.
• Customer query resolution: Provide copy invoices, statements, and follow-up.
• Weekly reconciliations: Handle Excel-based debtor reconciliations.
• Cash/Cheque posting: Daily allocations and management.
• Sales batch importing: From warehouse system to financial system.
• Direct debits management: Weekly/monthly oversight.
• Team collaboration: Attend meetings to discuss progress and issues.
• Bad debt provision: Weekly updates and management.
• Health and safety: Promote and adhere to protocols.

What Skills You Need

• Excel proficiency: Essential for daily tasks.
• Credit control experience: Minimum of two years preferred.
• Customer focus: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail: High level of accuracy required.
• Self-starter: Ability to work independently.
• French language: Essential.
