About Your New Job

• As the Maintenance Team Lead, you will oversee the Integrated Work Systems (IWS) Maintenance, coaching teams, and facilitating process improvements.
• In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, you will take on full maintenance manager responsibilities, ensuring the continuity of maintenance operations.
• Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance team, including determining needed repairs and improvements, establishing project priorities, and assigning work tasks.
• Oversee the execution of all maintenance tasks, both planned and reactive, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• Attend regular team meetings to align with operational and company objectives.

What Skills You Need

• City & Guilds qualification as a minimum, with a preference for Electrical qualifications.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in a leadership position within a maintenance or engineering team.
• Excellent people management and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage a team and prioritize maintenance schedules effectively.
• A comprehensive technical background and competence.
