Location: East Galway, close to bus routes.

On site everyday, daily hours of 9am to 5pm.

About Your New Job

• As the Admin Support Executive, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the office, reporting to the Office Manager.
• You will provide general administration support: answering phones, managing emails, greet visitors, and assist with all office tasks.
• Organise and support the operational function of each event, both in preparation and during the event.
• Manage customer enquiries and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Build strong relationships through open communication and assist with the efficient running of the office.

What Skills You Need

• Proven experience in administration, customer service, or office support (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with office software and online systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
