Finance Manager Required For Irish Tech Company

About Your New Job
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of monthly management accounts.
- Lead the monthly close process, including reconciliation of general ledger, balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements.
- Provide insightful commentary on financial performance, highlighting variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, and prepare quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Ensure compliance with FRS102 and other relevant financial reporting standards, and oversee statutory accounts and tax returns.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a small, remote-based finance team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Lead the completion of an ERP migration project (NetSuite) and drive process improvements across the finance function.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
What Skills You Need
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Post qualified experience working as a Finance Manager.
- Experience working in a start up or growth company highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of FRS102 and proven experience in management accounting, financial planning & analysis, and technical accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
