Administrator | Part-Time | Hybrid (Dublin City) | Temp to Perm
Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid – 1 days in office near Charlemont)
Hours: Part-time – 20 to 30 hours per week (flexible working hours)
Salary: €45,000 pro-rata
Contract: 6-month temp with strong view to permanent
The Role:
A UK-based company expanding into Ireland is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support its Managing Director, who is based in Dublin. This is a standalone hybrid role, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a growing business.
You’ll start on a 6-month temporary contract, with the expectation of transitioning to a permanent role once the Irish entity is established. The working arrangement will begin with 1–2 days per week onsite at a co-working space near Charlemont, Dublin 2, and will move to a primarily remote model.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day admin support for the Managing Director
Upload and track supplier invoices via Dext
Record labour and cost data in project plans
Produce weekly project status reports
Maintain and update job folders (RAMS, COSHH assessments, specifications)
Review internal procedures and ensure documentation is up to date
Conduct research tasks (e.g., materials costing, competitor analysis, database building)
Assist with light finance admin (depending on agreed hours)
Support occasional social media activity and internal communications
Handle general ad-hoc project and operational support
About You:
Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or office support role
Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote setup
Tech-savvy and fast learner – knowledge of Xero, Dext, Capsule, Oplift, or Simpro is an advantage
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Effective communicator across email, phone, and in-person settings
Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
