About Your New Employer

Our client is a multi-national pharmaceutical company, located in Leopardstown, County Dublin. They are looking for a temporary, full-time Associate HRBP to join their team for 13 months.

This role would be on a hybrid working model, working 3 days on-site minimum.

About Your New Job

  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies/programs
  • Oversees organisation regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Responsible for the process of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new employees
  • Partner with Senior HRBPs to provide strategic support the end-to-end lifecycle of employees including recruitment, onboarding, talent management and development, compensation, retention and succession
  • Act as a point of contact, supporting managers to resolve people issues and support general queries
  • Coordinate meetings, manage agendas, prepare and manage materials and working closely with HR lead
  • Maintain and manage internal portal and enable faster self-service for common HR tasks
  • Support new hire inductions and partner with L&D team to ensure new hires complete required sessions
  • Support managers with Occupational Health referrals, return-to-wok and reduce case turnaround time
  • Partner with the Global Mobility to coordinate international moves and related relocation needs
  • Monthly reporting to ensure compliance, and provide actionable insights into trends
  • Represent HR at team meetings, site events, etc. and attend council meetings
  • Organise and support forums for people leaders onsite

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 3 years in an HR Generalist or HRBP role
  • Strong staffing and/or recruitment experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience within a multi-national company is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or third level degree
  • CIPD qualification would be desirable
  • Strong administration skills and knowledge of Irish employment law framework
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
