Book Keeper D2 - Hybrid

My client based in d2 have a requirement for an accounts technician with a strong month end and overall finance background.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards

About Your New Job

• Conducting regular financial analysis and reporting to management.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Preparing and processing financial transactions, including invoicing.
• Reconciling financial discrepancies and resolving any accounting-related issues.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborating with internal teams to provide financial information and support.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Contributing to the improvement of accounting processes and procedures.

What skills you need

• Qualified Accounting Technician qualification (e.g., ATI, IATI) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software i.e. Sage and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• At least 3 years working in a similar role
