About Your New Job

As a Control Room/CIP Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating equipment such as pumps, valves, and cleaning systems to clean various parts of a production line.
• Monitoring and controlling equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Monitoring process parameters, including temperature, pressure, flow rates, and levels, to maintain optimal operating conditions.
• Identifying and troubleshooting process deviations or abnormalities and taking appropriate corrective actions in consultation with Production and Engineering personnel.
• Addressing issues that arise during cleaning cycles and ensuring the proper functioning of the CIP system.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and records as required.
• Examining and inspecting tanks and machines.
• Assisting with other duties in the plant when required.

What Skills You Need

• Good computer literacy; experience with SAP or SCADA systems is a distinct advantage.
• Pasteurisation and CIP experience desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Energetic with a positive work attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Working Hours

• Morning shift: 4 am to 1 pm on Monday, 6 am to 3 pm Tuesday to Friday.
