About Your New Job
- As the Inventory and Warehouse Manager, you will oversee and manage the company’s inventory levels, ensuring the right products are available at the right time, place, and quantity.
- You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and work closely with Planning, Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse staff to maintain optimal inventory levels, reduce excess stock, prevent stockouts, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- You will manage and develop the Warehouse Team through the Warehouse Team Leader, establish standard work routines for warehouse processes, and develop and maintain training programs for the Warehouse Team.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with a focus on Inventory or Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, including a proven track record of managing stock control systems, handling procurement or purchasing requirements, and using enterprise resource planning (ERP) or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics), advanced Excel skills for data analysis, understanding of barcoding, RFID, or automated inventory systems, familiarity with lean or just-in-time (JIT) practices, and knowledge of international logistics and import/export regulations.
