About Your New Employer

• Insurance Broker: Our client is a leading insurance broker offering quotes on car, home, travel, and van insurance. Their home insurance includes emergency home rescue as standard on buildings and contents policies, as well as landlord and holiday home insurance.
• Location:Dublin City Centre - Hybrid (1-3 days in office after training period)

About Your New Job as a Customer Service Agent:

• Assist Members & Insurance customers via phone, email, and webchat.
• Deliver excellent customer service, meeting KPIs and targets.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts + 1-2 Saturdays per month (10 AM – 3 PM).
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company procedures.
• Resolve customer issues confidently, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Contribute to team success through collaboration and continuous improvement.

What Skills You Need as a Customer Service Agent

• 1 year of experience handling calls is required.
• A passion for customer service and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Insurance qualifications (APA/CIP) or willingness to work toward them.
