My client is one of Ireland's largest property organisations, currently arranging interviews for experienced Residential Sales Negotiators to join one of their many South Dublin office locations.

Offering ongoing growth and development and priding themselves on their excellent staff retention in recent years, this is an exciting job opportunity for a sales negotiator that wants to take their career to the next level with an established firm, offering the chance to work on a highly prestigious luxury residential property port folio.

Your New Job

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and grow their residential sales portfolio.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with potential sellers and actively promote residential sales services.
  • Property Marketing: Develop and implement customized marketing strategies for each property.
  • Market Exploration: Identify new property listings and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Online Advertising: Manage digital marketing efforts to enhance property visibility.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize property sales, effectively representing all parties involved.
  • Sales Process Monitoring: Oversee the sales process, coordinating with third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local property owners and investors.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear, effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality service to clients.
  • Performance Goals: Achieve individual and branch KPIs while engaging in continuous personal development.

Your Experience

  • Experience: 3 or more years' experience in Ireland's residential property sales industry.
  • Licenses: PSRA License and Drivers License are must haves 
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of working with key clients and closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Organisation and Attention to Detail: Natural ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales processes efficiently at the same time.
  • Market Knowledge: Excellent level of knowledge and a passion for the residential property market and trends.
  • Results-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a enthusiasm for business development and achieving sales targets.
