Customer Service Agent - Outbound Sales

About Your New Employer

We are recruiting on behalf of our well known and highly regarded client, a company who specialize in Manufacturing.

Duties will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and overall creating a positive first impression.
• Responsible for sales and distribution of spare parts.
• Liaise with suppliers, trade customers and internal teams to ensure timely supply of parts.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
• Experience in Inventory Management is desired.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizations skills, email management and live chat management.

What is on Offer

• €30,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working arrangement, 3 days in Office and 2 days from home after 6 months.
• Dublin Airport location
