Based in their City Centre Head Office, this role involves coordinating maintenance services across a residential portfolio, ensuring compliance, and supporting Property Managers with day-to-day operations.
Your New Role
Your new role will be as a Facilities Maintenance Co-Ordinator to support the smooth running of residential blocks across a managed portfolio. This role involves coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing operational support to Property Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planned maintenance (PPM) and manage reactive repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
- Track maintenance issues and support delivery of improvement projects.
- Assist with budget tracking, contractor coordination, and project execution.
- Support sustainability (ESG) and energy efficiency efforts.
- Oversee cleaning, security, and landscaping services across multiple sites.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years’ experience in facilities or property management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of compliance, contractor management, and budgeting.
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent IT skills; experience with CAFM systems is a plus.
- Health & Safety awareness and a commitment to quality standards.
