Freight Administrator

Looking for a Junior Freight Forwarder to join a well established company in Cork City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international and domestic shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation (B/L, AWB, commercial invoices, etc.).
• Liaise with carriers, customs, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and report on cargo movements.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Manage freight costs and negotiate rates.

Requirements:

• Experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in freight systems and MS Office
