About Your New Employer
Our client is top flooring supplier in Ireland, with their office located in Park West, Dublin 12. They are looking to bring on a dynamic HR leader to manage their HR department/processes, this role would be fully onsite.
About Your New Job
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee HR queries
- Manage and process the payroll
- Maintain and coordinate training requirements
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle
- Conduct and support performance reviews, salary reviews, and remuneration benchmarking
- Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Maintain and update employee records
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 4 years in a HR Generalist role
- CIPD qualification (Level 7 desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law
- Experience in a standalone HR position or SME environment would be advantageous
