About Your New Employer
Our client is a top insurance provider for public sector organisations in Ireland, with their office located in Dublin 2. They are looking to expand their Human Resources team and would operate on a hybrid working model.
About Your New Job
- Lead communications with stakeholders and managers with regards to HR policies and procedures
- Create and execute employee engagement programmes across the organisation including DEI, wellbeing and other cultural initiatives.
- Provide employee relations support
- Lead recruitment efforts and entire employee life cycle
- Develop, review and implement policies, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation.
What Skills You Need
- 2+ years in an HR Generalist role
- Experience in the public sector and/or insurance industry would be ideal
- Third Level Degree
- HR Accreditation preferred
