About Your New Job

• Service Calls: Identify issues, carry out repairs, and recommend remedial work to installers.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent solutions and technical advice to customers and installers.
• Ambassadorial Role: Represent the business and brand professionally at all times.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Control and Design departments, providing product feedback.
• Training: Conduct product training for industry professionals on installation and troubleshooting.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with sales, technical sales, design, and quality control departments.

What Skills You Need

• Qualifications: Qualified plumber with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Licenses: Full clean driving license and Site Safe Pass (training provided).
• Communication: Excellent communicator with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Initiative: Good timekeeping and the ability to make informed decisions independently.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills are beneficial but not compulsory.
• Certifications: RGI qualified and/or F-Gas certified (desirable but not essential).
