About Your New Job

• Respond to yield, downtime, equipment, and process-related issues in a production environment.
• Implement corrective and preventative actions to eliminate repeat instances.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineers to develop, troubleshoot, standardize, and improve existing production methods and procedures.
• Perform electronic troubleshooting and interface electronic and mechanical hardware.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers in investigating and implementing new production methods.
• Assist in design methods, part sourcing, and documentation.
• Liaise with various personnel and outside vendors as necessary.
• Execute and document preventative maintenance on equipment and take responsibility for preventative maintenance procedures within an assigned process or area.
• Manage yield, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in implementing technical improvements under the core team's continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize strong mechanical problem-solving skills and systematic root cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Conduct risk assessments of environmental impact, health, or safety.

What Skills You Need

• HETAC Level 6 qualification or higher in a relevant area (120 credits).
• Knowledge of GMP regulated environment and experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Good decision-making ability with proven capability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical capabilities, teamwork abilities, and initiative to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for technology and innovation.
