About Your New Employer

• A multinational tech company in Cork are looking for an Executive Assistant to support a Senior Director and their Regulatory team 
• This is a full time, 11 month temporary contract.

About Your New Job

• Provide administrative support to a Senior Director and their Regulatory Legal team.
• Manage calendars and organize meetings across multiple time zones, both in-person and virtually.
• Handle budgets and collaborate with vendors and the finance team on purchasing matters.
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and assist with expense reports.
• Assist with new hire setup, including ordering equipment and securing workspace.
• Plan and support team events throughout the year.
• Support facilities needs such as conference room management, badge access, and office supplies ordering.

What Skills You Need

• 7+ years of experience supporting executives and large teams.
• Prior experience supporting a senior executive.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Proficiency with iCal, Keynote, and Mail.
• Confident communicator with senior team members and their assistants.
• Ability to accept last-minute requests and jump into projects as needed.

What’s on Offer

• Salary starting €56,000 -  €65,000 pro rata
