Senior Health & Safety Advisor - MUST HAVE BUILDING OR RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Our client is one of Ireland’s leading building and civil engineering contractors, delivering complex and high-quality projects across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and data centres. With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and sustainability, the company is committed to continually improving industry standards.   Due to continued expansion, they are now hiring a Senior Health & Safety Advisor for a Dublin city based project.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the company’s EHS Management System on the project
• Promote a positive health and safety culture on site among site management, contractors, and workers
• Monitor EHS compliance on site and produce weekly inspections and reports
• Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team
• Influence and coach the site team in the implementation of best-practice EHS standards

Requirements

• Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
• 6+ years’ experience in health and safety roles within residential or build
• Previous experience on construction projects in BUILD OR RESIDENTIAL ESSENTIAL
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with database systems
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others
