Senior Mortgage Consultant.

Mortgage Advisor- Finance House - Cork - Permanent

In this role as mortgage advisor  and a key member of the wider finance team (approx 10)

• You will be responsible for providing professional mortgage advice to clients

Other duties:

• Conduct fact-finds to assess clients’ financial circumstances, needs, and objectives.
• Recommend appropriate mortgage products and most suitable lenders.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lenders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, underwriters, and other third parties to progress applications.
• Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings and events.

The ideal candidate:

• QFA or part QFA'd
• Min 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish mortgage market and lender criteria.
• Excellent admin and computer skills
