Mechanical Construction Manager

A Mechanical Construction Manager is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Limerick and Cork based engineering client. There are two roles – one based on site in Limerick and the second based in Cork

THE ROLE:

The person will manage a team of engineers on-site in the execution of the project scope, such that the works are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, to the highest quality standards. The Construction Manager will also have a key role in the development of construction execution plans, schedules and subcontract work scopes, as deemed necessary for the project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-7 years relevant experience as Construction Manager or Project Engineer
• Experience of mechanical construction projects in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Semi-conductor or Oil & Gas industry - essential.
• Experience of working on construction projects with equipment installation, piping fabrication, piping installation and pressure testing on site – essential.
• Degree Qualification in Construction, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
