Site Engineer

Site Engineer is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Kerry based pharma manufacturing client.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the QA Lead for Production and Maintenance.
• To monitor and control maintenance and calibration for all manufacturing equipment and instrumentation at BVP.
• Liaise with external sub-contractors regarding equipment maintenance and calibrations/qualifications.
• To assist with the validation, calibration and maintenance of the Purified Water and WFI systems, the HVAC system and autoclaves.
• Oversee engineering function and ensure PM schedule and Master Validation Plan is adhered to and all associated records updated accordingly
• Purchase and procure spare parts and relevant consumables
• To assist with IQ, OQ, PQ of all new and existing equipment.
• To assist the QP, in the implementation of continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.
• Liaison with members of HPRA/FDA and other regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in similar position
• Bachelors in engineering or higher
