About the Opportunity

Cpl is partnering with a growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy to recruit an experienced Building Information Modelling (BIM) Lead for their Munster operations.

Our client delivers a wide range of projects across the residential, commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and infrastructure sectors and has established a strong reputation for technical excellence, innovation, and sustainable engineering solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM professional with strong leadership capabilities and extensive Revit MEP expertise to play a key role in driving digital project delivery, developing BIM best practices, and supporting multidisciplinary project teams across a diverse portfolio of projects.

The successful candidate will lead BIM delivery on complex projects, provide technical guidance to project teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and information management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead BIM delivery across multiple projects and disciplines.
  • Manage and coordinate BIM processes in accordance with ISO 19650 standards.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical support to BIM team members.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement BIM standards, workflows, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure efficient model delivery.
  • Carry out model reviews, clash detection, and project coordination using industry-standard software.
  • Support project teams throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
  • Manage BIM software, templates, content libraries, and technical production systems.
  • Deliver BIM training and promote continuous improvement across project teams.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and industry developments within digital construction and BIM.
  • Support quality assurance processes and BIM compliance audits.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance digital delivery strategies and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

Essential

  • Degree or qualification in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in BIM, design, drafting, or engineering production using 3D modelling tools.
  • Strong experience using Revit MEP within a design consultancy or contractor environment.
  • Experience coordinating BIM delivery on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM project workflows.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

  • Professional certifications related to BIM or digital construction.
