Our Story
Since our founding in 1989, Cpl has evolved alongside Ireland’s economy. As industries grew, we expanded our specialist divisions to match, partnering with everything from early-stage startups to global tech leaders and essential public sector bodies. That history gives us deep roots, long-standing client relationships, and a proven track record of helping candidates build long-term careers.
About Us
Our strength lies in our local expertise. Through our regional hubs in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, and beyond, our specialist recruiters operate directly within the markets they manage. This national presence, backed by global resources, means we can connect you with opportunities close to home or help you transition to new regions.
Our Purpose
We exist to transform how people find work. Beyond simply filling vacancies, our purpose is to give job seekers trusted guidance, transparent market insights, and direct access to employers where you can thrive.
